Ab Mitte Februar wird ein Zimmer in unserer Butze am Stiglmaierplatz frei bis Ende Mai
Die Monatsmiete beträgt 770€ warm.
Die Wohnung hat einen tollen großen Wohn-Essbereich und einen recht großen Balkon, auf dem es sich gut zusammen sitzen lässt. Alles wird durch den wöchentlichen Besuch unserer Ehrenputzfrau auch stabil sauber gehalten.
Wir sind ein gemischter Haufen für die das entspannte und harmonische Zusammenleben oberste Priorität hat und würden euch gerne persönlich kennenlernen. Damit wir uns gut entscheiden können, ob ein persönliches Kennenlernen und Besichtigung Sinn macht, schreibt uns gerne eine Nachricht über euch.

ENGLISH VERSION:
From mid February we will have a vacant room till the end of may.
We would love to have somebody cool and chill who also gets along with us as roommates, we are super cool and chill. obviously. Harmony and a nice co living situation is our top priority, we are pretty good friends in the WG. And eventhough we will not force ourselves upon you, we would love it if you are looking to be part of our WG Life too, not only need a place to sleep.
We are a chill bunch of hungarian and german people. We value tidiness and cleanliness but also love to get together for drinks, cooking and drinks or parties with friends. usually on the weekends we have our cocktail of the week night.
Most of us work and we are preferrably looking for somebody who is also working full time, but also wouldnt mind an older master student or so.
We are a clean but also very lively WG, hangout a lot and love to have a home where stuff happens. But it also gets quiet a lot and we respect each others privacy.
If youre interested, please let us know a little bit about yourself. We prefer messages that are not copy and pasted completely.

Whats the craziest thing youve ever done ?! *not sexually of course*
Die Lage ist geil. Tram Station Sandstraße direkt vor der Nase, 5 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn-Station Stiglmaierplatz und mit dem Rad ist man auch überall super flott. Maxvorstadt eben. Penny, Lidl, DM, Edeka und die Bäckerei IHLE ist direkt um die Ecke. Olympia-Park & Englischer Garten in 10-Minuten-Fahrrad-Nähe (kann man das so sagen?).
Wir gönnen uns - denn wir haben eine Putzfrau! Bitte plant ein, dass alle fünf Wochen ca. 50 Euro pro Person anfallen, um das zu ermöglichen. Es lohnt sich!
Die Wohnung hat eine große voll ausgestattete Wohnküche, Balkon und 2 große Bäder mit Badewanne :)
Wir haben es gerne sauber, aufgeräumt aber genauso lebendig mit vielen Gästen und Partys.
Barbi arbeitet als Creative Writerin, liebt Konzerte und ist für gewöhnlich zwischen dem Raucherbereich auf dem Balkon und ihrem Bett zu finden. Nils ist in der Filmbranche tätig. Seine nächste Produktion wird eine Dokumentation "How to TK-Pizza" – aber nur wenn er sie nicht im Ofen vergessen hat. Wenn Philipp nicht gerade mit der Gründung seines Start-ups beschäftigt ist, freut er sich über Bilder von süßen Koalas. In seiner Freizeit spielt er gerne Golf – BWLer halt. July arbeitet im Marketing eines Start-ups, ist unsere WG-Wifey (wie man das Licht ausschaltet, bringt sie dir nach spätestens einem Tag bei) und unterhält uns ansonsten gerne mit Geschichten aus ihrem Leben. Unser GenZ/White-Girl Caro will jetzt nach dem Master erstmal raus – leider hat sie Australien mit Bangkok verwechselt. Dann ist sie wohl jetzt dreieinhalb Monate in Südostasien unterwegs. Ihr Zimmer ist nur möbliert verfügbar.
Bei der Wahl der zukünftigen Mitbewohnerin würden wir stark auf eine Frau hoffen und bevorzugen Berufstätige vor klassischen Studenten. Schließen aber Männer und Studenten auch nicht komplett aus. Quote und so.
Gäste sind sehr willkommen. Wir pflegen ein lebendiges Miteinander, mal viel mal wenig. Freunde einladen ist meist gern gesehen, wenns Lauter wird sind die Türen relativ dicht oder es wird sich halt gefetzt. lol just kidding.
Ehemalige Mitbewohner haben regelmäßig für Stimmung auf unseren Parties gesorgt, manche sogar des öfteren schmackhafte Drinks gezaubert.
Das Zusammenleben ist uns also wirklich wichtig. Wir wünschen uns keine Zweck WG. Wir wünschen uns interessante coole Leute, die Lust auf tolles Miteinander haben, such as Feierabend Bier aufm Balkon, kurzer Schnickschnack in der Mittagspause oder sponti Lunch zusammen, mal raus an den See am Wochenende. Was nicht heißt, dass irgendwer irgendwen zu irgendwas zwingen wird, alles kann nichts muss.

We treat ourselves - because we have a cleaning lady! Please plan on spending about 50 euros per person every five weeks to make this happen. It is worth it!
The apartment has a large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, balcony and 2 large bathrooms with bathtub :)
We like it clean, tidy but just as lively with lots of guests and parties.
Barbi works as a creative writer, loves concerts and can usually be found between the smoking area on the balcony and her bed. Nils works in the film industry. His next production will be a documentary "How to TK-Pizza" - but only if he hasn't left it in the oven. When Philipp is not busy founding his start-up, he enjoys seeing pictures of cute koalas. In his free time, he likes to play golf - business studies, after all. July works in marketing for a start-up, is our WG wifey (she'll teach you how to turn off the lights after one day at the latest) and otherwise likes to travel a lot. Our GenZ/White-Girl Caro wants to get out of the country after finishing her master's degree - unfortunately she confused Australia with Bangkok. So she'll be traveling in Southeast Asia for three and a half months. Her room is only available furnished.
When choosing a future roommate, we would strongly hope for a woman and prefer professionals over traditional students. But don't rule out men and students completely either. Quota and all.
Guests are very welcome. We maintain a lively community, sometimes a lot sometimes a little. Inviting friends is usually welcome, if it gets louder the doors are relatively tight or it is just shredded. lol just kidding.
Former flatmates have regularly created a good atmosphere at our parties, some have even conjured up tasty drinks.
So living together is really important to us. We don't want a purpose WG. We want interesting cool people, who have desire on mad togetherness, such as Feierabend beer onm balcony, short Schnickschnack in the lunch break or sponti Lunch together, times out to the lake on the weekend. What does not mean that anyone will force anyone to do anything, everything can nothing must.
