12m² in bunter WG mit großer Wohnküche / Cozy room in shared flat (lang- oder kurzfristig, bei Interesse teilmöbliert / short- or long-term, furnished if you want)

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Magaretens fast direkt am belebten Siebenbrunnenplatz mit einigen netten Lokalen, Cafés, Fastfoodzeugs sowie einen Billa, aber auch Spar, Hofer, dm und Libro sind nur 5 Gehminuten weit weg.
Für einen Kaffee geht's am besten ins Mimosa direkt am Siebenbrunnenplatz, für das abendliche Bier hat sich das WerkzeugH bei der Pilgramgasse etabliert ;-)

Keine 2 Gehminuten entfernt fahren die Busse 14A und 59A und bis zur U4 (Pilgramgasse) sind's zu Fuß 7-8 Minuten.
Der 14A bringt dich in 2min zur nächsten U-Bahnstation (U4 Pilgramgasse) bzw. weiter in diese Richtung in 10min zur Neubaugasse (U3). In die andere Richtung geht's zum Matzleinsdorferplatz, wo unzählige S-Bahnen wegfahren. Der 59A ist super praktisch wenn du zum Zug musst, da er in wenigen Minuten in Wien Meidling (U6 / ÖBB Züge) ist. In die andere Richtung geht's in 15min zum Karlsplatz (U1/U2/U4).
Und das ultimative Special: Wenn du bis 2023 hier bleibst, bekommen wir eine U2 Station vor die Haustüre gebaut ;) :D

So, nun zum vermutlich interessantesten Punkt... mit wem müsstest du dir die Wohnung teilen?
Ganz genau, mit mir! ;) - Ich bin Felix (25), geboren und gefüttert in OÖ, studiere Politikwissenschaft auf der Hauptuni sowie UBRM auf der BOKU und bin gerade dabei meinen Bachelor abzuschließen. Nebenbei arbeite ich gerade noch in einem coolen Projekt bei einer NGO. Ich trinke eindeutig zu viel Kaffee, manchmal wohl auch ein Bier zu viel, bin Gelegenheitsraucher (aber nur am Gang oder am Fenster), gehe ebenso gelegentlich laufen und Volleyball spielen, intressiere mich für Politik (auch wenn es eigentlich ein sehr deprimierendes Interesse ist...), hie und da geh' ich dumpstern, und (surprise, surprise) ich reise extrem gerne (bin eh erst gerade aus Indien zurückgekommen ;)).

Ob du langfristig oder nur für ein paar Monate bleiben willst, ist für mich egal, aber wichtig mir dass ich mit meinem/r zukünftigen Mitbewohner/in nicht in einer Zweck-WG, wo man nur nebeneinander wohnt, lebe, sondern, dass wir gemeinsam wohnen! - Also einfach, dass man mal einen Kaffee gemeinsam trinkt und quatscht, oder am Abend auf ein Bier bzw. ein Gläschen Wein zusammensitzt und ne Runde Karten spielt, mal gemeinsam was unternimmt/fortgeht, gemeinsam kocht oder whatever... du weißt schon was ich mein ;)
Soll natürlich kein Zwang sein, und natürlich braucht auch jede/r mal seine Ruhe und auch meine Zimmertüre ist oft mal geschlossen bzw. bin ich auch viel außer Haus.
Aja, und RassistInnen, SexistInnen oder sonstige IdiotInnen ähnlicher Art brauchen mir bitte gar nicht mal zu schreiben.

ENGLISH VERSION:

I rent a 12m² room in a shared flat in the 5th district of Vienna. If you want, the room can be furnished with a bed (+ mattress), desk and a shelf. What makes the flat awesome is the big kitchen/living room, with a sofa, dining table, etc - that's the place where we mostly hang out! The kitchen itself comes with a dishwasher and there ofc is a washing machine in the bathroom. Check the photos for more details ;)

The location of the flat is perfect! You have all kind of shops nearby as well as some nice cafés and pubs.
Considering public transport you have the U4 metro and the 13A & 59A busses within short walking distance. So can basically get everywhere in Vienna very quickely.

Your possible future flatmate answers to the name of Felix. I'm 25y old, study political science at the University of Vienna and environmental management at the BOKU. Besides that, I currently work in a cool project at an NGO. Genereally speaking, I'm a coffee addict, like beer and wine as well, smoke sometimes (but not in the flat), play volleyball and sometimes go jogging, I'm intrested in politics (though it's quite depressing intrest) and (surprise, surprise) I love to travel (only recently came back from a trip to India ;)).

I don't care if you want to stay only for a couple of months or for long-term, but it is important for me that you have the will to live together and not just next to each other! - So that we sometimes hang out, chat, have a coffee or a beer/glass of wine, maybe cook together ot whatever :)
Of course, that shouldnt be an obligation, I also need my alone-time and I am often out of house.
