Untermiete vom 03.10-10.11 im Stadtzentrum

because I am not in Aachen in October, I will rent my apartment for 1 month. The apartment is not furnished yet but by 03.10 everything will be furnished including couch, table etc. In short, you will need to bring your bag and thats it.

The apartment has one bedroom, a large living room with balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The rent of the apartment is 550 euros with 90 euros for utilities. On top of the 90 euros are the heating costs, which can be lower or more depedning on your heating consumption. I will not charge you for my internet connection, the Geez and my furniture use.

Please understand that registration in the city is not possible and the maximum length of stay is until 10/11.

da ich im Oktober nicht in Aachen bin, werde ich meine Wohnung für 1 Monat vermieten. Die Wohnung ist noch nicht möbliert, aber bis zum 03.10. wird alles eingerichtet sein, inklusive Couch, Tisch etc. Kurz gesagt, Sie müssen Ihre Tasche mitbringen und das ist alles.

Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was Sie brauchen. Die Miete der Wohnung beträgt 550 Euro mit 90 Euro für Nebenkosten. Zu den 90 Euro kommen noch die Heizkosten, die je nach Verbrauch niedriger oder höher sein können. Ich berechne Ihnen keine Kosten für meinen Internetanschluss, den Geez und die Nutzung meiner Möbel.

Bitte haben Sie Verständnis, dass eine Anmeldung in der Stadt nicht möglich ist und die maximale Aufenthaltsdauer bis zum 10.11. beträgt.
