We are looking for tenants to take over our apartment from 15.03.2024.

It is a 2 room apartment (1 bedroom and 1 living room) in Frankenberg in Aachen. We are moving because we will be having a baby and need a bigger apartment and are moving cities. The apartment is on the first floor (no elevator) and has a hallway, bedroom, large bathroom (with washing machine), separate kitchen with small balcony, and living room/dining room.

The location is perfect, right on the Oppenhoffallee, very well connected with bus. The city center can be reached by foot within 20 minutes. There are several grocery shops nearby (Netto, Rewe, DM, etc.). There is no parking garage, but there is plenty of street parking within the zone. The landlords are very nice and we have never had issues with them.

The apartment is partially furnished and condition for taking the apartment is to take over as-is, and to take over the furniture which we want to sell. Please only contact if you agree with this (details are negotiable).

We would like to sell the furniture (including kitchen) for 2400 euros (price negotiable) - list of available furniture will be provided after a viewing visit (Approximately: Kitchen with all cabinets, dishwasher (old, but working well), kitchen table, bedroom cabinet, center and dining table, sofa, washing machine, cabinet (1 below sink and 1 hanging) in bathroom, a couple small cabinets, storage area, etc.

Fridge comes with the house.
