Nice 2-roomed apartment for rent from 1 March 2024. 10 mins walk to Aachen hbf and very close to supermarkets and also 20 minutes walk to Elissenbrunnen. The total rent of 570 per month includes nebenkosten, but does not include electricity and gas. You need your own wifi account. The apartment is furnished with a fitted kitchen with 4 plate stove with oven, dishwasher, kitchen cabinets, small refrigerator with freezer, small tv cabinet, huge wardrobe and washing machine (no dryer). Curtains and light bulbs are available in the apartment. The floor is tiled and the bedroom floor has a fitted carpet. Wall heaters are available in all rooms including the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. I, the current tenant, will be selling some furniture, but this is not compulsory for you to buy, i.e. microwave, table and chairs, tv, couch-bed and humidifier. A vacuum cleaner is also available for free. Some things can be given for free such as tv, double bed, some kitchen utensils. If you do not require these things, I will remove them from the apartment before you come.
