Wir suchen zurzeit Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung. Sehr geeignet für eine Familie von 3-4 oder 3 Studierende als WG. Im Gebäude ist noch eigene Lager im UG und Personalaufzug ist vorhanden. Unsere Wohnung war vor 4 Jahre renoviert und alles noch im guten Zustand. Für die Nachkosten haben wir Sofa, Esstisch, dazu Stühle, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und alle drei Zimmer jeweils Einzelbett, Schreibtisch und Drehstuhl.(Alle nötigen Möbel sind vorhanden und im guten Zustand) Die Einbauküche ist sehr modern und mit Ofen und Spülmaschine.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Stadtzentrum Aachen. Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit Linie 33, 27, 34, 7 in Richtung RWTH Zentrum, Hörn, Uniklinik, Schulzentrum. Zu Fuß kann man schnell Einkaufszentrum Aquisplaza, Elisenbrunnen, Rathaus, Bushof und Hbf erreichen. Direkt daneben ist ein Netto City, wo man Lebensmittel und essentielle Sachen direkt und schnell kaufen kann. 2 Rewe sind auch in der Nähe und kann man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.
