suchen Nachmieter für unsere schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung in der Junkerstr. 42. Die Wohnung ist zentral direkt am Westpark gelegen, zur Uni und Innenstadt sind es 10 Minuten Fußweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Wohnung hat einen Parkettboden und 2 große Zimmer und eine geräumige Wohnküche. Das Tageslichtbad wurde vor 3 Jahren renoviert und ist in Top Zustand. Ein großer Kellerraum sowie Balkon sind vorhanden.
Möbel und Küche können ggf. gegen eine Abschlagzahlung übernommen werden.
ACHTUNG: Wohnung ist leider NICHT für eine WG gedacht. Singles oder Paare (gerne auch Studenten) sind erwünscht.
Besichtigung gerne auch am Sonntag, den 21.11.
Bezugstermin ab 01.12.2010
Kaution 3 Kaltmieten.
