zu haben ist eine sehr schöne, helle und gemütliche Altbauwohnung ab dem 01.12.2011. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, ein kleines Bad und eine geräumige Küche. In der gesamten Wohnung liegt Laminat und es gibt hohe Decken. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche liegen zur Straße hin, das Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Besonders für Studenten der RWTH ist sie optimal gelegen. Zum Hauptgebäude und Karman sind es gerade mal 3 Minuten!
Bäcker und Netto befinden sich direkt um die Ecke. Zum Markt sind es auch nur wenige Minuten.
Bushaltestellen befinden sich auch in unmittelbahrer Nähe zur Wohnung.
Zu den angegebenen Kosten kommt noch Stawag dazu!
