Für Studenten eignet sich die Wohnung, aber auch ist sehr gut für eine Familie.
die beide Zimmer, der Flur, und das WC sind mit Teppich ausgestattet, der Teppich ist in gutem Zustand. Die Küche hat alten PVC-Bodenbelag, und das Bad hat Porzellanboden.
Ein Keller gehört zur Wohnung.
