ich suche ab Dezember einen Nachmieter oder einer Nachmieterin für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung.
Die Wohnung hat 2 große Zimmer und eine separate Küche, über die Küche erreicht man die große Terrasse. Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr groß und mit einer Dusche ausgestattet.
Außerdem gibt es ein Kellerraum.
Die Wohnung ist für Einzelperson oder Paar geeignet; andere Mieter im Haus sind junge Berufstätige.
Nicht WG geeignet.
Einzugstermin ist flexibel.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Parallelstraße vom Adalbertsteinweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden und Bushaltestelle ist in 2 min. erreichbar. Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man auch in 10 min. Die Autobahnauffahrt ist in 5 min zu erreichen.
Die vorhandene Küche möchte ist zum Preis von €600 verkaufen.
Die Küche besteht aus:
Spüle, Herd, Backoffen, Dunstabzugshaube und Spülmaschine.
Im Preis enthalten ist ein Küchentisch mit Vier Stuhle.
