eine 2 Zimmer-Altbau-Wohnung in Boxgraben (nahe Ac-Hbf) ab dem 01.02.2014 ohne Maklerprovision frei.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 165€ kalt. Nebenkosten liegen bei 65€. Es wird eine Kaution von 225€ erhoben. Gas-und Stromkosten rund 100 auf STAWAG.
Hbf am 5 min bei fuss. Man hat Anschluss an die Busverbindungen von haltstelle, Ac-Hbf und/oder Misereor.
Die direkteste Einkaufsmöglichkeit wäre wohl der Netto am Boxgraben, oder Aldi (mediamarkt) und REWE (Alterposthof) im 5 min.
Als alte Wohnung, ist das WC getrennt von der Wohnung wie in der "Sketch" zu sehen.
