Da ich ein Praktikum in außerhalb Aachen machen muss, muss ich meine schöne Wohnung für eine Monat lassen. Dafür suche ich ein Untermieter für die Wohnung. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmer und Badzimmer und kleine Küche. Ich habe ein Ofen und Mikrowelle. Das Internet gibt es auch bei mir.In der Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Schlaf-sofa, sie können zu zweit die Wohnung mieten.
In April am going to do my internship outside Aachen. So i am going to leave my beautiful Appartment for one Months. The Appartment has one Bedroom and a living room. The living room has a sofa which turn into bed, so 2 persons can take the Appartment. It has also a small Kitchen with small Oven and a microwave.The Internet is also included in the Appartment.
Die Wohnunist zentral in Aachen Die Wohnung liegt in der Pontstrasse und der Rathaus Aachen ist paar Sekunden entfernt. Die Uni ist auch sehr nah von der Wohnung. Die Hauptgebäude ist 2-3 Minuten entfernt.
Es gibt zwei Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen. Einmal die ein Minute entfernte Kaiser-Supermarkt und die zweite die 5 Minute entfernte REWE- Supermarkt.
The Appartment is in the centre of Aachen in Pontstrasse. There are two supermarkets not far from it, one is by walking one minute away and the other 5 minutes. The Univerdity is also very close to the Appartment. The Main Buliding is approx. 2-3 minutes away.
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbiliert und sie brauchen keine Zusätzliche Möbel zu bringen. Einfach ihre Kleidung und private Sache mitbringen.
Damit ich und der Vermieter auf die sichere Seite sind, muss ich Ihnen bei der Vermieter einstellen und ein Untermieter Vertrag machen.
The Appartment is fully furnished, so you don't need to buy any furniture, just bring your private things.
To be in the safe side, the owner wants to see who'll stay in the Appartment.
The rent is 700 euros per month. And there is a guarantee 300 euros that will be returned afte you move out.
