Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau mit 2 hellen unterschiedlich großen Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer. Die ganze Wohnung ist bis auf das kleine Schlafzimmer komplett möbliert, das kleinere Schlafzimmer ist nur mit einem Schrank ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Abstellraum im Balkon und ca. 4 qm Keller.
Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell mit offenem Blick auf den Hinterhof und hat einen großen Balkon mit einer fantastischen Aussicht.
Wir leben seit über 3 Jahren in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung und müssen leider ausziehen, da wir Aachen verlassen werden.
Der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter Mann und sehr hilfsbereit.

The apartment is located in a new building with 2 bright bedrooms of different sizes, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole apartment is completely furnished except for the small bedroom, the smaller bedroom is equipped by only one closet. There is also a storage room on the balcony and about 4 square meters of basement.
The living room is very bright with an open view of the backyard and has a large balcony with a fantastic view.
We have been living in this very beautiful apartment for over 3 years and unfortunately have to move out because we will be leaving Aachen.
The landlord is a very nice man and very helpful.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr attraktiven Lage in der Nähe des Europaplatzes, mit direktem Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in weniger als einer Minute. Die RWTH ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Bus oder 25 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der nächste Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Lidl) sind direkt in der Nähe.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und wir hatten nie Probleme mit unseren Nachbarn. Sie waren immer ruhig und hatten keine Probleme damit, dass wir Party-Gastgeber waren.

The flat is located in a very attractive location near Europa sequare, with a direct access to public transport in less than a minute. The RWTH is only 15 min away by bus or 25 min walking. The nearest train station is only 5 minutes by bus. Food shops (Lidl) is directly near by.
The neighborhood is very calm and we had never problems with our neighbors. They have been always quiete and they had no problems with us being party hosts.
Die Wohnung ist mit einem Geschirrspüler und einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet, die wir aufgrund der sehr guten Isolierung des Gebäudes nur wenige Male im Jahr zum Einschalten brauchten. Die Miete beinhaltet Heizung, Wasser und Reinigung des Gebäudes.
Das Gebäude verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, der für nur 25 Euro im Monat gemietet werden kann.
Zur vollen Miete kommen Strom und Internet hinzu.
Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung bis nur Ende September zu Mieten (Zwischenmiete).
Hinweis: Die Waschmaschine und einige der auf den Fotos gezeigten Möbel sind unser Eigentum und wir möchten sie für einen geringen Betrag verkaufen, über den wir später sprechen können.

The flat is equipped with a dish washer and a floor heating, which we needed to turn it on only few times the whole year due to the very good insulation of the building. The rent includes heating, water and cleaning the building.
The building have it's own parking with can be rented for just an extra 25 euros a month.
To the full rent you have to add the electricity and internet.
There is also the option of renting the apartment until the end of September only (sublease).
Note: The wash mashine and some of the shown furniture in the photos are our own and we would like to sell them for just few amount, which we can discuss later.
