Hallo zusammen,
ich gebe meine Wohnung im Herzen von Aachen auf. Sie ist leiser als man meinen könnte und liegt mitten in der Pontstraße und vom Grundriss gut geschnitten. Neben dem Bad gibt es noch einen kleinen Unterstellraum. Die Küche habe ich meinem Vormieter übernommen und möchte als Ablöse noch 200€ dafür haben. Wie man auf den Fotos erkennen kann, bietet es Platz für eine Waschmaschine.
Die finale Miete steht leider noch nicht fest, da ich vom Vermieter noch keine Info dazu bekommen habe.
