Die Wohnung ist ideal als zweier WG. Beide aktuellen Mitbewohner gehen bis mitte Januar ist ins Ausland. Dementsprechend ist in den Nebenkosten enthalten: Strom, Wasser, Internet, Heizung, GEZ und die Benutzung aller Möbel. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone. Einen auf der Sonnenseite (Bild) und einen richtung Hinterhof. Alle auf den Bildern zu sehenden Möbeln können genutzt werden und werden mit vermietet. Ein Fahrradkeller ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Direkt vor der Einfahrt befindet sich die Haltestelle Ehrenmal- Lousberg.Von dort kann man durch zum Campus Melaten Fahren in ca. 15 Min. Zur RWTH sind es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten. Auch auf dem Lousberg ist man in 3-5 Fußminuten. Für den Lebensmittelbedarf gibt es den Rewe am Pont-Driesch ca. 7 Min zu Fuß entfernt.
Die gesamte angegebene Ausstattung gehört zur Wohnung und kann genutzt werden.
