Die Wohnung ist nicht möbliert.
Die Kaution ist in bar bei Mietvertragsunterschrift zu leisten.
Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und Platz für eine Waschmaschine und eine separate Toilette.
Außerdem ein Kellerraum und ein Fahrradkeller.

Elternbürgschaften sind sehr erwünscht.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Autobahn ist ca 500 m entfernt.Bus ca. 2 Minuten. Bahnhof 10 Minuten. Mit dem Rad ist jede Fakultät kurzfristig erreichbar. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig in 2 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
