Hello there!
I'm Devika (25F) and will be going for an Erasmus from February to July. My room is available for sublet from 10.02.2023 to 15.07.2023 (The start and end dates are negotiable). City registration is possible for this room.
The apartment is a WG of the Studierendenwerk dorm. You’ll be living in a warm cozy room with large windows ensuring you get enough sunlight even during winters :D All the furniture will be available. It's fully furnished with a cozy bed, study table, large wardrobe, and additional drawers and shelves for storage. I will also probably leave my plants (I only have 2 :D )
The apartment as a whole is fully furnished leaving nothing to be desired. The kitchen is further equipped with an oven, fridge, refrigerator, spacious cabinets, etc. You have a large hall where you can hang out with friends or throw parties on weekends. You also have a beautiful balcony where you can have gatherings and barbeques during the summer.
The apartment is situated in an central location. There’s bus stops right outside the dorm premises. Lidl is 2 mins by walk from the apartment. WestBahnof station is 7 mins away on foot. You can walk to Ponttor and Netto in 8 minutes as well. Also, the dorm premises are filled with trees and greenery and there’s Lousberg right behind the dorm premises where you can go for morning or evening walks :)
You’ll be living with a nice friendly flatmate Jonatas! He’s (23M) currently doing his internship and is also a student at RWTH. He loves talking and cooking (specifically pasta :P ) and is one of the jolliest people you’ll ever meet!
The ad includes all the possible costs (including furniture, kitchen equipment, etc.), there are no other hidden costs whatsoever. Both online and in-person viewing of the room can be done.
