Die Wohnung ist hell und für eine 2er WG sehr groß. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit 24 bzw. 20 qm, und ein kleines Wohn-/ Arbeitszimmer. Die Küche hat eine gute größe in der man alles unter bekommt, außerdem gibt es auch noch eine praktische Abstellkammer. Das Bad ist zweckmäßig und hat auch alles was man braucht.
Die Wände sind alle ziemlich dick und wir hatte noch nie Probleme wegen zu lauter Musik oder ähnlichem.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße direkt neben dem Kennedypark. Sie ist super angebunden, 2 min zur Busstation, wo alle paar Minuten ein Bus Richtung Innenstadt kommt und nur knappe 5 min zu Bahnhof Rothe Erde. Mit dem Bus fährt man 8 min zum Bushof und mit dem Fahrrad ist man meist sogar etwas schneller.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch genügend vorhanden, neben einem Netto der zu Fuß nur 3 min entfernt ist, sind das Hirschcenter oder der Rewe innerhalb ca 10 min zu erreichen.
Mein Mitbewohner und ich ziehen beide aus, daher ist die komplette Wohnung frei.
Es gibt einen Hauptmieter, das andere Zimmer kann dann Untervermietet werden.
Ein Großteil der Möbel (inklusive Küche) wird von uns nicht benötigt und sollte möglichst übernommen werden. Wir möchten möglichst wenig Aufwand beim Auszug haben, und würden daher gerne möglichst viel in der Wohnung lassen. Dementsprechend verlangen wir auch nicht viel! Das dabei nicht alles von den Nachmietern gebraucht ist natürlich auch klar. Ich denke da wird man sich auf jeden Fall einig, das am Schluss alle glücklich sind.
