Wohnung (1-2 Personen) im Frankenberger Viertel, 60 qm², 2 Zimmer, Wohnküche, Diele Bad mit Wanne. Durchgangszimmer, deshalb NICHT WG geeignet. Laminatboden. Alle 3 Zimmer (Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer) sind ähnlich groß. Ein Kellerraum gehört zur Wohnung. Gas-Etagenheizung. Per Fahrrad zu Uni und Innenstadt kurze Wege. Vermietung erfolgt gerne an Studenten.
Im Haus wohnen fast ausschließlich Studenten.
Die Nebenkosten, welche an den Vermieter gezahlt werden, betragen monatlich 100,- Euro. Der aktuelle Mieter gibt die zusätzlichen NK (Strom/Gas/Internet) mit monatlich 100,- Euro an. Ein Anbieterwechsel kann gerne vorgenommen werden. Alternativ zur Kaution wird auch eine Elternbürgschaft akzeptiert.
Die Wohnung kann auf Wunsch auch schon im Laufe des Oktober übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung muß bei Einzug gestrichen werden.
Die Wohnung wird vom Mieter erst im Oktober geräumt und ist aktuell in einem wenig repräsentablen Zustand. Die Bilder sind älter.
The apartment is unsuitable for a shared flat. Please only apply if you want to move in alone or as a couple. And please only write if you can come in person. I do not rent blindly to prospective tenants who are abroad.The condition of the flat is currently not good. The tenant does not vacate and clean until the beginning of October.
Top Studentenlage, Supermarkt in der Nähe zu Fuß, jede Menge Kneipen, mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Zur Uni schwierig zu sagen, da es darauf ankommt, wo man hin muss. Zwischen 10-15 Minuten erreicht man aus meiner Sicht alles.
