Die Wohnung liegt nach hinten raus und ist somit absolut ruhig. Sehr gut geschnittene Wohnung die als Einzelperson oder auch als Paar bewohnt werden kann (NB beziehen sich auf eine Person). Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster. Im Bad ist Platz für eine Waschmaschine. Eine Einbauküche ist installiert (Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine gehören nicht dazu)
Vom Ende des Flurs geht es durch eine Tür in das Wohnzimmer und von dort in das Schlafzimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt am Ende der Oppenhoffallee. Von dort ist der Bahnhof Rothe Erde fußläufige innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Busanbindung ist unmittelbar vor der Tür.
Die EBK kann noch ausgesucht werden oder mitgebracht werden. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene neue Gastherme (mit der geheizt und Warmwasser erzeugt wird). Eigener Wasser- und Gaszähler.
Gas und Strom sollen von Mieter selbt beantragt werden.
Der Vermieter verlangt eine Elternsbürgschaft von Studenten.

The flat faces the back yard and is consequently absolutly quiet and comforting. The area is divided very efficient and can be accommodated by a single person or a couple. Additional costs (Nebenkosten) are based on single person. It has a bathroom with bathtub and a window. A washing machine connection is also available in bathroom. The built-in kitchen come also on the flat (the wasching machine and dishwasher do not belong to it).
The building is located at the end of oppenhoffallee. From there is the train station of rothe-erde to reach in 5mins by foot. The bus station is just outside the entrance. The flat is heated by a single unit which also supplies the warm water and is operated on gas. The electricity and gas should be purchased by the tenant from his/her desired provider.
The landlord speaks english fluently and is quite nice and helpful, and requires a so called "Elternsbürgschaft" from students.
