Die Wohnung ist eine aus zwei nebeneinanderliegenden Wohnungen zusammengefügte Wohnung, weshalb sie perfekte Voraussetzungen für eine 4-er oder 5er-WG bietet. 5 Schlafräume, eine Wohnküche u. zuguterletzt 1 Bad mit Wanne u. ein Bad mit Dusche, zwei Abstellkammern.
Die Wohnräume sind alle mit hellem Lamnat ausgelegt, Bäder u. Küche sindgefliest.
Die Einbauküche kann von den Vormietern übernommen werden, muß aber nicht.
Die Warmweiherstr. liegt in direkter Nähe zur "Normaluhr", von wo aus man bequem in 5 MInuten am Bahnhof ist, eine Bushaltestelle in ca. 3 MInuten erreicht. Geschäfte zum Einkaufen alltäglicher Dinge sind in der Umgebung reichlich vorhanden. In der Querstr. Bismarckstr. u. in der Oppenhoffallee gibt es z.B. Netto, alle weiteren Geschäfte in der Nähe aufzuzählen, würde zu weit führen.
