- großer Balkon mit traumhaftem Ausblick, bei schönem Wetter kann man 10 km weit schauen

- Kellerraum
- ruhig gelegen, trotzdem Zentral, 4 Minuten zu Fuß bis Bushaltestelle Parkhotel;
- Kalt 325, NK 120 €
- Sehr schöne, fast neuwertige Einbauküche, die (günstig) übernommen werden sollte. Außerdem ist die Übernahme von manchen Möbeln möglich
- Frei ab Ende Juni 2012, evtl auch etwas früher
