Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines Altbaus, der gerade renoviert wird. Im kommenden Sommer wird ein Balkon ergänzt. Im Moment befindet sich dort noch eine Begrenzung aus Holz.
Es ist ebenfalls eine Terrasse für das ganze Haus verfügbar.
Die Wohnung wurde vor ~ 1 Jahr, als wir eingezogen sind völlig renoviert. (Wir ziehen nur eine Etage weiter nach unten in eine größere Wohnung ;) )
Sie ist sehr hell und hat einen schönen hellbraunen Laminatboden.
Die Abstellkammer befindet sich außerhalb der Wohnung auf der anderen Seite des Gangs. Es ist ebenfalls ein Dachbodenabteil vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben der Haltestelle "Haunstetterstraße/ FH" der Straßenbahnlinien 2, 3 und der Regionalbahn.
