- 355€ miete, strom u. gas extra, sonst nix mehr
Kann auch eine woche früher ausziehen damit, ihr die wohung noch einrichten könnt bevor ihr die erste miete zahlen müsst.
Was meinem vermieter aber wichtig ist, dass er eine sicherheit hat die miete pünktlich zu bekommen oder überhaupt.
also job oder einen bürgen wär nicht schlecht.
achja, wg geeignet ist die wohung nicht gerade aber für ein päärchen ist sie okey.
