gelegen im 2. Stock eines kleinen Mehrfamilienhauses (4 Wohneinheiten)
Die Küche ist teilmöbliert, mit Spüle, Kochmulde, div. Küchenschränkchen und Kühl/Gefrierkombination.
Geheizt wird mittels eines Ölofens im Wohnraum, mit Zentralerölversorgung (Öl wird automatisch aus dem im Keller stehenden Tank nach oben gepumpt).
Ölbeschaffung in Eigenverantwortung.
Warmwasserversorgung in Bad und Küche mittels elektrischer Durchlauferhitzer.
WICHTIGE INFORMATION:
Zusätzlich zu Kaltmiete und Nebenkosten entstehen Kosten für Strom, Heizöl und ggf. Telefon/DSL, welche Sie mit Ihrem Anbieter direkt abrechnen!
Zentral (10 min zu Fuß zum Rathausplatz!) und doch sehr ruhig (Nähe Kahnfahrt)!
in wenigen Gehminuten ist man auch am Lech.
Die Parkverhältnisse sind relativ gut, wir empfehlen allerdings unbedingt einen Bewohnerparkausweis!
