Die Wohung hat 2 Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad, zudem einen Balkon mit Blick auf einen schönen grünen Innenhof. Sie befindet sich im 2. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus und hat bereits eine Einbauküche in super Zustand (umsonst mit drin).
Die Wohnung hat nicht zuletzt durch ihre ruhige (obwohl zentrale) Lage eine sehr charmante Atmosphäre.
Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral in der Altstadt hinter dem Rathaus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants/Imbisse und Kultur befinden sich überall ringsum (z.B. zu Fuß 2 Min. zum Rewe City oder 10 Min. zur City Galerie). Haltestellen Rathausplatz und Moritzplatz zu Fuß nur 2 Min. entfernt.

Es befinden sich bereits Jalousien und ein kleines Wandregal in der Wohnung, die sehr gut in die hineinpassen, daher würde ich beides umsonst in der Wohung lassen.
Zur Ablöse sind ein schöner Kleiderschrank in gutem Zustand und eine schmale Waschmaschine, die von den Ausmaßen optimal in die Wohnung passt. Statt einer Ablöse käme aber auch die Übernahme der Streich- und Aufräumarbeiten in der Wohnung in Frage.
