hier wird eine Wohnung im "gelben Turm" am Lech frei!
Die ganze Anlage war früher mal eine Weberei.
Direkter Blick auf den Lech (Im Sommer so herrlich) und Anwohnerparken im Innenhof und auf der Straße natürlich ohne Parkautomat.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer und eine große Küche mit einem kleinen Stauraum (Speisekammer) wo schon einiges gut aufgehoben ist.
Warmwasser ist immer da wegen Durchlauferhitzer! Gas/Stadtwerke!
Die Nachbarn sind auch in Ordnung was des Handling betrifft.
Ach ja und wenn Du willst is des sogar kurzfristig möglich weil ich nach NRW ziehe und dort schon eine Wohnung habe.
