Da ich für 8 Monate im Ausland studieren werde, suche ich eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für meine schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock und besitzt einen Wohnraum, eine offene Küche, ein Badezimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und einen großen Balkon.
Die Wohnung übergebe ich voll möbliert. Vorhanden sind u.a. ein großes Bett, ein Schlafsofa, ein großer Schreibtisch, Waschmaschine, ein Fernseher und Internetanschluss. Auch mein Keyboard kann ich auf Wunsch in der Wohnung lassen. Ein Kellerabteil und eine Fahrradhütte sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Es ist eine sehr helle und gemütliche Wohnung, das Haus und die Gegend sind ruhig.
Die Tramhaltestelle (Wertachbrücke) ist in 4 Min zu erreichen. Bis zum Kö sind es 7 Min.
Viele Einnkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Tengelmann, Netto, Rossmann) in der Nähe.
Morgens gibt es spezielle Tramlinien, die direkt zur Uni fahren.
