Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer und ein großes helles Tageslichtbad mit Wanne. Alle Wände wurde hell (weiß) gestrichen. Küche ist in gutem Zustand und bietet auch genug Platz für eine Essecke. Es wird zusätzlich ein Abstellraum vom Treppenhaus zugängig zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Keller wäre noch Platz für eine Waschmaschine.
Bad Nauheimer Altstadt ca. 5 Minuten vom Marktplatz entfernt. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral. Die Bushaltestelle erreicht man in 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß. Parken ist in der Strasse und den Nebenstrassen möglich.
Es wird bevorzugt ein ruhiger alleinstehender Mieter gesucht. Das Haus ist nur von den Vermietern bewohnt und es wird viel Wert auf Ordnung gelegt.
Die Miete beträgt 500 warm (kann hier nicht angegeben werden). Inklusive ist Heizung und Strom.
