Wir lösen unsere 3er WG auf, da wir mit unserem Studium fertig werden und suchen neue Nachmieter. Die Altbauwohnung im ersten Stock bietet 3 Zimmer (30 qm zwei Räume, 22 qm und 25 qm), eine Abstellkammer, ein Bad, eine sperate Toilette und eine große Wohnküche. Zusätzlich ist ein Kellerabteil und Gartennutzung im Hof (ideal für das Grillen im Sommer) enthalten. Die Fenster sind Richtung Osten, bzw. Süden ausgelegt.
Wir würden alle Möbel in Küche, Bad, Abstellkammer und Flur, sowie teilweise die Möbel in unseren Zimmern überlassen. Alles andere bleibt unverändert. Die Ablösesumme würden wir seperat aushandeln.
Die Wohnung liegt in der bayreuther Altstadt. Die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die nächste Bushaltestelle (Wittelsbacherring) ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Zum Einkaufen ist Edeka in 2-3 Minuten und REWE in 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Zur Innenstadt benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der nächste Dönerladen und Metzger sind auch nur 1-2 Miuten entfernt.
Das Haus, liegt direkt an der Bismarckstraße und ist hauptsächlich von anderen studentischen WGs bewohnt.
Die Wohnung wird schon seit über 10 Jahren als WG genutzt und bietet sich ideal als solche an.
