Hallo zusammen,
schweren Herzens ziehe ich aus meiner schönen Dachgeschosswohnung aus und suche zum 15. März eine/n Nachmieter/in.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, Küche und ein kleines Bad mit Fenster auf ca. 50 Quadratmetern (abzüglich leichte Dachschrägen). Die offenen Holzbalken und der schöne Dielenboden machen sie charmant und gemütlich.
Bei Interesse kann gerne ein Besichtigungstermin vereinbart werden :)

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage in der Altstadt von Bayreuth. Innenstadt und Universtität sind mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Das Sofa sollte möglichst übernommen werden und auch weitere Möbel können nach Absprache übernommen werden!
