Die Fußgängerzone und das Kneipenviertel sind unter 5 Gehminuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befindet sich zudem ein Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, eine Metzgerei, sowie mehrere Restaurants.
Den ZOH (Busbahnhof) erreicht man in unter 5 Gehminuten.
Zur Universität braucht man mit Bus oder Fahrrad 10 Minuten.
