Unsere 3-Zimmer Wohnung, die auch perfekt als Studenten-WG geeignet ist, wird zum 01.03.21 frei. Die Wohnung besitzt drei helle, lichtdurchflutete Zimmer mit super Ausblick u.a. auf das Festspielhaus. Außerdem hat sie ein Badezimmer mit WC, sowie ein Gäste-WC. Im Flur ist genug Platz für einen kleinen Essbereich und auch eine größere Abstellkammer besitzt die Wohnung. Voraussetzung für die Übernahme der Wohnung ist die Übernahme der Küche (ca. 300EUR), die u.a. zwei Kühlschränke und einen neuen Herd/Ofen besitzt. Nach Absprache können individuell Möbelstücke aus den einzelnen Zimmern übernommen werden.
Sie ist zentral gelegen und befindet sich nur 3min zu Fuß vom nächsten Supermarkt und vom ÖPNV (Oberfrankenhalle) entfernt. Auch der Sternplatz ist innerhalb von 3min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur Uni sind es 10min mit dem Fahrrad.
