Die Lage ist grandios und nahe dem Zentrum der Stadt. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten am ÖPNV und in ca 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt und am nächsten Supermarkt. Mit dem Rad benötigt man Richtung Uni (15), ZOH (<5), Bahnhof (<5), Innenstadt (5), Supermärkte (5).
