Ich werde ab August ein Semester im Ausland verbringen. Voraussichtlich ab Januar werde ich wieder in Bayreuth sein. Meine schöne Wohnung (direkt am Hofgarten in Bayreuth) steht somit in dieser Zeit leer. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, hat schönen Parketboden, eine große schöne Küche (mit Spühlmaschine) und ein großes, modernes Bad (mit Badewanne). Ich würde mich freuen, wenn sich jemand meldet und sich ganz unverbindlich meine Wohnung mal anschaut. Über die Miete lässt sich mit mir auch reden ;-)
