ich verreise für 11 Tage und biete Dir meine schöne, super, helle 2 Zimmer Traumwohnung an!
Wir haben: eine kleine Küche, in der alles vorhanden ist was man so braucht, ein Badezimmer mit Wanne, ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer und ein Kinderzimmer.
Telefonflatrate ist da und WLAN Internet(16000) habe ich noch anzubieten.
Direkt gegenüber steht das Park-Center, in dem man alles, wirklich alles kaufen kann was man so braucht, der LPG Bioladen ist etwa 10Min zu Fuß zu erreichen, die S-Bahn (Treptower-Park) in 5 Minuten, verschiedene Busse in 2-5 Minuten.
Von daher ist man überall sehr schnell -> Prenzlauer Berg 20 Min, Neukölln 10 Min, X-Berg 5 Min, Friedrichshain 5 Min, Mitte 20 Min und nicht zu vergessen: im wunderschönen Treptower Park in 3 Minuten!!!
Wichtig für mich ist (wie wohl für die meisten), dass ich jemanden vertrauenswürdigen in meiner Wohnung habe, da ich alle meine Sachen drin lasse. Und, dass KEINESFALLS geraucht wird und Partys sind auch tabu (in meiner Wohnung jedenfalls)!

all in there what you need, even 1 room for the children ;)
it s very central, close to treptower park, s-bahn station and many busses.
important for me is, that there will be no crazy wild partys in my flat and no smoking.
and that you re able to meet me before and after to get to know you and to arrange the deposit...
