Wunderschöne 3 Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete Marz April

Ab dem 14 März bis zum Anfang Mai sind wir auf Zypern. Daher vermieten wir unsere wunderschöne Wohnung in Alt-Treptow. Neubau, das Gebäude wurde in 2018 errichtet. Fussbodenheizung, Aufzug, Balkon, 2 Bäder, einmal mit Dusche und einmal mit Badewanne, HWR, Einbauküche. Das zweite Zimmer ist jetzt ein Kleinkind Zimmer aber es gibt auch ein grosses Bett für Erwachsene, und könnte auch als Arbeitszimmer benutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist wirklich gemütlich und wir lieben die sehr, daher suchen wir gerne jemanden der sie mit viel Liebe behandeln. Es gibt kein Fernseher, ein Beamer ist aber vorhanden. From the 14th of March until 2nd of May we will in warmer climates and want to sublet our wonderful and cozy home in Alt-Treptow. The flat is in a completely new building and hence it comes with all the comforts like floor heating, elevator, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dedicated laundry room. The second sleeping room is now used by my 2 year son, but it also has a big bed and could be used as a sleeping room for adults as well or working room. We really love our home and are looking for someone who would do the same. Every piece of furniture is a memory of a nice place or moment and we would hate it to be ruined. We also want you to feel comfortable and at home of course during this time. There is no TV is in the house, we do have a project though. In the corner between Kiefholzstrasse and Wildenbruchsteasse.
