Zwei Zimmer à 500 Euro in schöner Altbauwohnung in Neukölln zu vermieten

Ich bin Dokumentarfilmerin (36) aus Berlin und arbeite derzeit im Bereich der Wissenschaftskommunikation. Ich möchte zwei schöne, helle Zimmer in meiner Wohnung an eine ruhige und entspannte Person über 35 oder auch ein Paar untervermieten. Der erste Raum ist 27 qm groß und hat einen alten Holzboden und einen Balkon, der andere ist 28 qm groß und Parkett. Beide Zimmer sind durch eine schöne, weisse Holztür getrennt (die man auch rausnehmen könnte) und sind möbliert (leider sind die Fotos etwas veraltet, aber es gibt noch den weißen Kleiderschrank in Zimmer Nr. 1 und ein großes weißes Bett / weißen Kleiderschrank in Zimmer 2, Regale, Sessel, Lampen etc.). Die gesamte Wohnung ist 125m2 groß und hat 3,5 Zimmer. Wir teilten uns eine sehr große Wohnküche, einen sehr großen Flur mit viel Abstellmöglichkeiten, das Badezimmer und einen kleinen Keller. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler, eine Geschirrspülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist eine typische Berliner Wohnung mit Holzböden/Stuck/ Doppelflügeltüren, Balkon etc.
Die Gegend ist ruhig und friedlich, der Richardplatz und der Landwehrkanal sind nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der S-Bahn Sonnenallee, des Hermannplatzes (U-Bahn) und des Rathauses Neukölln (U-Bahn). Nicht weit entfernt befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum und viele Supermärkte. Es gibt auch viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe - eine sehr lebendige, pulsierende und internationale Nachbarschaft zum Ausgehen. Wenn du interessiert bist, schreib bitte eine E-Mail. I am a documentary filmmaker (36) from Berlin and am currently working in the field of science communication. I would like to sublet two beautiful, bright rooms in my apartment to a quiet and relaxed person over 35. The first room is 27sqm big, and has old wooden flooring and a balcony, the other is 28sqm big and has parquet flooring. Both rooms are separated by a beautiful door and furnished (unfortunately, the photos are a bit out of date, but there is still the white wardrobe in room no. 1 and a big white bed/white wardrobe in room no.2). The whole apartment is 125sqm and has 3,5 rooms. We would share the kitchen, the bathroom and a small cellar. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, deep freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The flat is a typical berlin flat with wooden floors/stucco/ double wing doors, a balcony etc.
The area is quiet and peaceful, the famous „Richardplatz“ and the Landwehrkanal is just 3 min down the street. It’s located near S-Bahn Sonnenallee, Hermannplatz (U-Bahn) and Rathaus Neukölln (U-Bahn). Not far away is a big shopping centre and many supermarkets. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants around – a very lively, pulsating and international neighbourhood to go out.
