We are subletting our 1.5-bedroom flat in Neukölln (Rixdorf) for the month of April. Precise dates flexible. The apartment is fully furnished with a large separate kitchen/office, living room, small bedroom, bathroom, and closet. There is a washing machine and the kitchen comes fully equipped. It has extra storage space in the bathroom. It is situated in the lovely Rixdorf neighborhood (right by Böhmisher Platz), only 5 minutes walk from Sonnenallee S-Bahn station. The price covers everything (internet, electricity, etc.). Registration not possible due to short stay.


Wir vermieten unsere 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Neukölln (Rixdorf) für den Monat April zur Untermiete. Genaue Termine flexibel. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit einer großen separaten Küche/Büro, Wohnzimmer, kleinem Schlafzimmer, Bad und Schrank. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer gibt es zusätzlichen Stauraum. Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Stadtteil Rixdorf (direkt am Böhmischen Platz), nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom S-Bahnhof Sonnenallee entfernt. Im Preis ist alles enthalten (Internet, Strom, etc.). Eine Anmeldung ist wegen des kurzen Aufenthalts nicht möglich.
