Hello, for 3 and half months (15.3.2024 - 30.06.2024) I am renting out my fully furnished 1,5 room flat in Berlin Neukölln. The flat is 45 m² big, has two rooms (living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen). It is on the 4th floor of rear building, without elevator, so you will get your daily workout :) Because of the position it is full of the daylight.
You will get the flat with everything that you need ... all kitchen utilities, towels, bed sheets ... only dog that you see on the photos is not included :)
It is suitable for one person or for couples.
If you have a car, there is also a place in undergroud garage.
Flat is in one of the most living parts of Neukölln. Lidl is just 2 buildings away. There are planty of restaurants. Also, because it is in rear building and side steet (not main one) it is not noisy so you will have your peace. It is great connected because only 6 min walking from home there is Hermannstr station with U8, Ringbahn (41,42), 45, 46 and 47.
Price: 900€ a month including all bills
Deposit: 900€, which will be returned after leaving. Just to be sure that you will take care of everything :)

Stock eines Hinterhauses, ohne Fahrstuhl, so dass Sie Ihr tägliches Training bekommen werden :) Durch die Lage ist die Wohnung voll mit Tageslicht.
Sie erhalten die Wohnung mit allem, was Sie brauchen ... alle Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Bettwäsche ... nur der Hund, den Sie auf den Fotos sehen, ist nicht enthalten :)
Es ist geeignet für eine Person oder für Paare.
Wenn Sie ein Auto haben, gibt es auch einen Platz in der Tiefgarage.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem der lebendigsten Teile von Neukölln. Lidl ist nur 2 Gebäude entfernt. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Restaurants. Da die Wohnung in einem Hinterhaus und in einer Seitenstraße (nicht in der Hauptstraße) liegt, ist sie auch nicht so laut, so dass Sie Ihre Ruhe haben werden. Es ist sehr gut angebunden, denn nur 6 Minuten Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich der Bahnhof Hermannstraße mit U8, Ringbahn (41,42), 45, 46 und 47.
