We are moving to another side of town and looking for someone to move into the apartment we are leaving. Its a one bedroom apartment, right off Sonnenallee, with a seperate bathroom and separate kitchen. 41 square meters. Its a 2 minute walk from the Sonnenallee S-Bahn station, and also on the road for the M41 and the 171 bus lines, about a 5 minute bus ride to Hermannplatz. Also in between a Netto store and an Edeka. So really great location! We are not renting it out, the landlord is. And he requires that people show proof that they make at least 3 times the amount of rent per month, and to not be on Hartz 4.
