Hallo ihr Suchenden,
da ich schon in eine neue Wohnung gezogen bin und nun eine Doppelbelastung noch bis Ende Oktober auf Grund der Kündigungsfrist habe, möchte ich gern meine ehemalige Wonhung zur Miete anbieten.
Diese ist 37qm groß. Ich bin dort im April letzten Jahres eingezogen als Erstbezug nach Sanierung.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG des 2. Hinterhofs. Sie besitzt einen Balkon welcher vom Zimmer aus begehbar ist.
Die Wohnung hat einen schmalen Gang von dem das Bad, die Küche und das Zimmer abgehen.
Die Wohung liegt im Wedding zwischen U-Seestraße und U-Rehberge. Beide sind in 5-10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar.
Gleich direkt nebenan befindet sich eine Edeka und ein Kaufland. Und 1 Minute weiter ein Real der bis 0 Uhr auf hat.
Der Rehberge Park ist in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen und lädt ein sich vom Großstadt-Trubel zu erholen.
Der Plötzensee ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist ab sofort verfügbar bis maximal Ende Oktober.
Die Wohnung ist leer, bis auf in der Küche befindet sich ein Herd und eine Spüle.
Vorhänge für Dusche und für die Fenster hängen noch und können genutzt werden.
Also eigentlich braucht ihr für den Anfang nur ein Bett und einen Schrank und könnt erstmal darin wohnen.
