Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die über eine Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer, einen Balkon, und Bad mit Badewanne verfügt.
Die Küche hat ausreichend Platz und eignet sich sehr für das Kochen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, mit allem, was man dafür braucht.
Auf den Balkon kann man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen.
Das Schlafzimmer ist komplett möbliert. Im Wohnzimmer findet sich auch einen Esstisch und eine chillige ecke mit Kissen und einen kleinen Couch Tisch. Man findet insgesamt zwei Schreibtische zu Hause, die sehr einladend für's Homeoffice sind.

On the balcony you can enjoy the sun all day long.
The bedroom is fully furnished. In the living room there is also a dining table and a chilled corner with cushions and a small coffee table. There are a total of two desks at home that are very inviting for the home office
Die Lage ist ganz ruhig und dementsprechend super! Man ist in 35 Minuten in dem Hauptbahnhof. 5 Minuten zu Fuß findet man die Tram Haltstelle Navarraplatz. Außerdem fahren andere Buslinien spät in der Nacht.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind eigentlich sehr gut zu erreichen: direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Netto sowie anderen Supermärkten in der Nähe wie Rewe, Rossmann, Aldi, Peny.
Falls man von Spaziergang begeistert ist, kann man, den Naturschutzgebiet, der in der Nähe liegt, besuchen.
The location is very quiet and therefore great! You are in 35 minutes in the main station. A 5-minute walk takes you to the Navarraplatz tram stop. Also, other bus lines run late at night.
Shops are actually very easy to reach: directly opposite is a Netto and other supermarkets nearby such as Rewe, Rossmann, Aldi, Peny.
If you like walking, you can visit the nature reserve, which is nearby.
