What I'm offering here is to share my really big, big room with someone else ( a studend or a youngster in a need of a room ).
We're living with my sister in a 65qm Wohnung. Saying this i mean two large rooms and a separate kitchen, and a toilet.
As you might have in mind I'm willing to share my room with someone else. I prefer this someone to be a student or a lad my age - I'm 26 years old.
Now a little bit about the room. Well, my room is fully furnished
and surprisingly big. It has everything, so practically you need to worry for nothing. It is situated in Biesdorf. A really calm, peaceful and very nice place to live, nonlike the rest of the City.You may say that it's far away but with the S-bahn you need 25 min. to Alexanderplatz.
And now comes the best part. Here you can play table tennis, do some sport ( we have a FITNESS room...) completely free! And guess what - i have a key from the Fitness so you can go 24/7:) Not to mention beach volleyball in the summer ( which is crazy fun ) and grill parties with the other students. Ooh...I almost forgot. The Bierkeller is open 2-3 times per week. If you want to speak with some nice ladies, have a drink and chill out a bit...this is the place, and it's directly downstairs. The Biesdorf's Bierkeller is quite famous destination among the students.
