Hell, warm, freundlich. Die Einrichtung kann bleiben. Suche Nachmieter, der Interesse hätte, in Absprache mit der städtischen Vermietung, die Wohnung zu übernehmen. Kann mit und ohne WBS gemietet werden. Von der Einrichtung würde ich gern so viel wie möglich drin lassen.

I am looking for someone who would be interested not to subrent but to make an own contract with the Berlin estate company that own the houses (degewo). Can be rented with or without WBS-status. I would like to leave as much as possible in the flat, but open to negociate ;)
