Hi, ich biete meine Wohnung zur Untermiete für 7 Monate in dem Zeitraum von Februar 2024 bis Ende August 2024 an (ggf auch ab Mitte Januar).
Ich suche eine nette und verlässliche Person, keine party people und keine Raucher.
Bitte meld dich nur, wenn für dich mindestens 6 Monate in Frage kommen.

Meine Wohnung ist im schönen Charlottenburg in der Nähe des Schloss Charlottenburg mit dem angrenzenden Park. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG hat 2 Zimmer bei 72m2. Außerdem handelt es sich um einen Altbau mit hohen Decken und Flügeltüren. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit Einbauküche. Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind ebenfalls enthalten. Einen Balkon gibt es nicht. WLAN und Internet sind inklusive.

My flat is in the beautiful Charlottenburg near the Charlottenburg Palace with the neighbouring park. The flat is on the 2nd floor with 2 rooms and 72m2. It is also an old building with high ceilings and double doors. The flat is fully furnished with a fitted kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher are also included. There is no balcony. Wifi and internet are included.
