2-Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete in Charlottenburg / 14.01.-25.03.2024

Hallo zusammen! Ich vermiete meine gemütliche und ruhige Altbau-Wohnung mitten in Charlottenburg für den Zeitraum 14. Januar bis 25. März 2024. Ich hoffe jemand zu finden, die/der sich um die Wohnung kümmert, als wäre es ihr/sein eigenes Zuhause. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon möglich. Da es sich um eine Wohnung im Hinterhof im 1. OG handelt und die Nachbarn ein wenig sensibel sind, sind Partys nicht unbedingt willkommen!

850,- € pro Monat inkl. allen Kosten (Internet, Gas, Strom, Kabel, Netflix, Amazon Prime, GEZ) plus 850,- € Kaution, Anmeldung ist nicht möglich

Alle Räume meiner Wohnung sind separat zugänglich und durch den Flur abgehend. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr groß, hat ein 160x200cm großes Bett und ein gut ausgestatteten Arbeitsplatz mit 2 Bildschirmen.
Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Schlafcouch, einen Fernseher mit Soundbar und Kabelanschluss. Davon abgehend ist der kleine Balkon.
Sowohl das Schlafzimmer als auch das Wohnzimmer sind frisch renoviert und ausgestattet.

Die Küche hat einen großen Esstisch und bietet alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. French Press, Saftpresse, Airfryr usw. alles vorhanden. In der Küche befinden sich auch ein Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine.

Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne.

Alle Räume haben Fenster.

Idealerweise gibt es jemand da draußen, die/der sich um meine vielen Pflanzen kümmert. Manche sind ein wenig sensibler und manche ganz pflegeleicht :)

Hello everyone! I am renting out my cozy and quiet apartment in the middle of Charlottenburg for the period January 14 to March 25, 2024. I hope to find someone who will take care of the apartment as if it were their own home. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only possible on the balcony. Since it is a backyard apartment on the 1st floor and the neighbors are a bit sensitive, parties are not necessarily welcome!

960,- € per month incl. all costs (internet, gas, electricity, cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime, GEZ). Plus one month deposit. No registration possible, sorry.

All rooms in my apartment are separately accessible and lead off through the hallway. The bedroom is very large, has a 160x200cm bed and a well-equipped workstation with 2 screens.
The living room has a sofa bed, a TV with soundbar and cable connection. There is a small balcony off the living room.
Both the bedroom and the living room are newly renovated and furnished.

The kitchen has a large dining table and has everything you might need to cook. French press, juicer, Airfryr etc. all available. In the kitchen there is also a stove, oven, fridge incl. freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The bathroom has a bathtub.

All rooms have windows.

Ideally, I would love to host someone who can give some love to my plants while I'm away. Some are a little more sensitive and some are easy to care for :)
