Hey, I’ll be traveling and you could rent my apartment for one or two months starting in May or June.
If you travel from time to time or visit family and friends or don’t mind sharing an apartment every other month for two weeks (and paying half the rent for that time ;)) stay as long as you like, 5 months or longer.
I am pretty flexible regarding move in/ move out dates. Just let me know what would be most convenient for you and I’ll try to work something out.
A few fun facts about my apartment :)
Quiet side street of Bismarckstr, great area with plenty of cafés, restaurants, (movie) theaters,
gorgeous (renovated) house from around 1900,
furnished, balcony, stucco, wooden floorboards, huge windows, lots of light, high ceilings, new comfortable sofa, fast WLAN,
kitchen in an extra room, so three rooms in total plus modern bathroom,
washing machine, tumbler/ laundry dryer,
dishwasher,…
It’s perfect for a single person or a couple or two very good friends.
Just drop by and have a look.

The apartment has a great location, it’s close to Ku’damm, TU, UdK, Bismarckstraße, Kantstraße, Savignyplatz.
It’s only a short walk from Lietzensee — a lake surrounded by a beautiful park.
I really like this area, you’ll find plenty of nice restaurants and cafés close by.
Haftpflichtversicherung (private liability insurance) is necessary!
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and my neighbors are very nice but also a little noise-sensitive ;)
