hello boys and girls,
ab 1.8.2008 wird eine 2 Zimmer Altbauwohnung frei. Die Wohnung hat 2 gleichgroße Zimmer, die mit Dielen belegt sind, teilweiße auch Stuck an der Decke haben. Außerdem ist eine eingerichtete Küche, eine Speisekammer sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt am Mierendorffplatz, unweit vom Schlosspark Charlottenburg entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Anbindungen zu den Bahnen sind sehr gut. TU ist 15 Minuten entfernt, HU und FU jeweils 25 Minuten.
Kaltmiete beträgt 450€, mit Strom, Internet und Gas seit ihr dann bei etwa 600€.
Die Wände sind derzeit noch Blau und Grün gestrichen. Am besten schaut ihr euch die Wohnung mal an und dann entscheidet ihr, ob ihr die Farben so übernehmen wollt oder ob wir für euch Weiß streichen (was selbstverständlich ist, wenn ihr darauf besteht). Ein paar Möbel können wir auch da lassen, falls Interesse besteht.
