Die Wohnung ist in bester Wohngegend, nähe Fassanenstrasse und Ludwigskirchplatz. An der U-Bahn Spichernstrasse, an der Seite von der Sackgasse.
Die Wohnung ist eine Hälfte einer typischen Wohnung in dieser Gegend; sie wurde nach dem 2. Weltkrieg geteilt. Meine Seite hat den langen Flur, ein Badezimmer aus der alten Kammer gebaut und ein sehr großes Zimmer, geteilt durch einer Wand, mit offenem Türrahmen dazwischen. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Blick zum ruhigen Innenhof. Insgesamt 60 qm. Sie ist möbliert, mit einer Rose Bett/Sofa, Arbeitstisch, Fernsehen, alte schöne Anrichte usw. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung hat einen DSL +WLAN Anschluss.
Die Wohnung ist zur Zeit durch Kachelofen geheizt. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock, also braucht nicht soviel geheizt zu werden. Sechs Kohlen am Morgen reicht meistens im Winter.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 315 Euro, plus Telefon, Bewag-Gasag, Wasser, und Fernsehen/Radiogebühren. (450-500 E)
The apartment is in a very elegant part of town, near Fasanenstrasse und Ludwigskirchplatz. The subway is Spichernstrasse, in the cul-de-sac on Pariserstrasse. The apartment is half of a typical one in this area; it was divided after World War II into two parts. My side has the long hallway, a bathroom built into the old closet and one large room was divided into two, with an open door between. There is a balcony with a view to the lovely, quiet, sunny courtyard. It is altogether around 60 qm. The apartment is furnished, with a Ligne Roset sofa bed, a work table, TV, an antique sideboard from the 1930s. The kitchen is well-stocked. There is a washing machine.
The apartment has cable and wireless internet.
The apartment is heated with coal. It is on the third floor, so it doesn’t need a lot of heating, since the heat from the bottom two floors rises up. Just six coals in the morning usually does it in winter. Don’t be afraid of these old heaters, they produce a warm natural heat and are easy to use.
The base rent is 315 euros, when you add in telephone, Bewag-Gasag, water, TV/Radio and other small fees, it comes to 450-500 euros a month.
